Click on the PayPal icon below to log in to your PayPal account (or to establish a new PayPal account if you don't already have one!) A new window for PayPal will open up, you can still use this window to view the sample form below.

Once there, click on the "SEND MONEY" tab and fill in the blanks, following the example shown in the sample form below.

Where it asks for "RECIPIENT'S EMAIL" enter:
orders@catherinemcmichael.com
(make sure you have typed this correctly!)

Fill in the amount of your total order (including tax and shipping, see "NOTE" section below for shipping charges) and make sure the US DOLLARS selection is checked.

Check "GOODS (OTHER)" for the CATEGORY OF PURCHASE.

For the EMAIL SUBJECT, enter "MUSIC PURCHASE."

In the NOTE section,

1. Briefly describe the items and quantities that you are ordering.
   
   
2. Include your name, address, email address and a good contact number.
   
   
3. Indicate your shipping instructions:
   Media Mail, $3.95 for up to 3 items - may take 3 weeks, or
   Priority Mail $5.50 for up to 3 items, arrives within a week.
   (Please add 50¢ for each additional item whichever way you ship).
   
   
4. Please double check your math!
   
   
5. Click "CONTINUE" to confirm. Your payment is on its way. It's as simple as that!
